• We process all orders through the order form of this site. Other critical customer details needed (i.e. payment information) will complete via fax during the transaction process.

• We deliver only by the most reliable companies (courier) in the world.
• The minimal order limit is one (1) item.
• Our products are exclusively hand-crafted. Sometimes –and depending on your order- there will might be a small delay in the time of delivery since the manufacturing is a time-consuming process.
• All the quoted dimensions are subject to minimal differentiations because of the nature of the hand-crafted products.
• All the data for our customers are considered personal data and are kept strictly confidential for our own account and we are committed for their protection.
• We make an effort for all of our customers to remain absolutely satisfied from their transactions with our enterprise. All the products we sell have to pass from quality control. That ensures their excellent condition at the moment of their delivery.
• You are eligible to cancel an order only during the first 48 hours from the time of debit of your credit card.
